Personal Training at Penfield Sport & Fitness offers small Group Fitness training, one on one half hour, and full hour training with our fitness specialists.

We have specialized programs for treating chronic pain, increasing mobility, improving sports performance, building lean muscle mass, and shedding extra pounds in time for summer.
